U.S. shipping (USPS w/tracking): 1 - 2 weeks
No international shipping. Proxies are allowed for my store.If you are international and wish to purchase, message me and I can set up a listing uniquely to your destination.All items will be packed with care and have their photos taken before shipping. Once the package is handed over to the post office, I no longer have any control over it. I may file a search request, but please note it takes time. More on that further down.CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Change of address is not allowed. All sales will be shipped to the address given in the order. If you want to change your address, you will have to make a new order and cancel the previous order. If there was a mistake in the address when inputting, dm me through my ko-fi so we may find a solution.CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will have you ban from my shop on all platforms. If I have already blocked/banned on one platform, you are guarantee banned from my store.DAMAGE ITEM
Email me at [email protected] with an uncut/unopened unboxing video within a week of delivery so we can figure out an appropriate solution. If no video was taken, please provide photos so my insurance company can handle the case appropriately.MISSING/STOLEN ITEMS
I cannot replace lost/stolen items in the mail.Missing Cases for unmoved tracking pass the delivery date: I will file a search claim to help reclaim the package with USPS and my Insurance company. My Insurance company will handle the case, but the process is roughly 3-6 weeks. After the case is solved and/or closed, If the item is still lost, I will send a refund.If tracking shows item has been unmoved before the delivery date, the best thing to do is wait. This is common and very dependent on either location, routing, warehouse maintenance, weather, or convenience. USPS/UPS has an internal system that provides more information on tracking, which can be requested by the sender. This is only necessary if the item is considered "missing", not within the transient time-frame. Please avoid asking and have patience, then we can go from there if anything did happen.Missing Cases for packages labeled as "delivered":
Please note that USPS sometimes labels as package as "delivered" when it is not. When this happens, wait an extra day as it sometimes shows up the next day. If item is still missing, I recommend the following: 1) check with neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered and 2) visiting your local post office to request the GPS location of the last scan. If item is still missing, this will be labeled as a stolen packaged.Stolen Cases: File a Police report and provide me the report number so that my insurance company can handle the case for your refund.RETURNED ITEMS
Returned cases:
If a package is returned to me by the mail courier, I will email you to either refund your order minus shipping, or reship it provided that you cover the new shipping fee.

Altering the commission/image is prohibited. You will be blacklisted.5) AI Learning
AI learning is prohibited. You will be blacklisted.6) Completion time
Turnaround time, or TAT, will vary between 1 to 3 weeks. Timeline can vary based on communication and health.I have a lot of health problems, which may take commissions longer to do from the usual schedule. Hard to determine the timeframe of that, as it can take a big hit on me, but I will try to stay in contact about my health.7) Step-by-Step Process

There will be no need for approvals, as these are meant to simple and quick with more artistic freedom.Chibis
Sketch Approval -> Completion
A sketch will be given for approval. After approval, I move forward to completion.Based on the complexity of the design, lineart will be an addition step between the sketch approval and completion.Character Illustration
Sketches -> Lineart -> Coloring -> Effects -> Completion
During the coloring stage, you'll be given a work in progress. For effects, it's mainly me asking which is preferred.
Ex: If the drawing has a sunset, which effects would the buyer prefer to capture their ideal moment: Darker light or soft light.8) Revisions
I only accept revisions up to 2 times after completion. I will not make drastic changes that differentiates from the sketch.9) Time-lapse
If you wish for a Time-lapse, ask ahead of time so that I can set up recordings. If using Clip Studio, there's a chance the Time-lapse may fail.10) Refunds
Commissions are non-refundable. Unless in the events my health took a turn and you don't wish to wait, then I'll refund the commission.11) Limitations and Restrictions
I will draw the following:
A. Animals, anthros/furries, scalies etc.
B. Humans/humanoid creatures
C. Any gender/gender identity/any sexual orientation/any type of couple.
D. Fantasy and sci-fi (fees for weaponry/machinery/armor)
E. All forms of Gore
F. NSFW of all themes, even the most obscure. I don't judge.I will not draw the following:
A. Hate Art (Religious, Gender, etc.)
B. Political Art
C. Explicit Imagery of a character that looks underage.12) Contact
