Pre-orders can take up to 3-6 months to complete. Complicated designs can and may exceed 6+ months production time, especially if complications arise during development. All pre-sales will be mix-grade. Anything that will remotely be consider C's will be taken out from pre-orders and be sold in-hands.If a pin is pay for production, also known as P4P, the best solution I could offer is a coupon/dibs on the next pin design for someone willing to take the C grade from any P4P pins. This will be done through my IG stories. This will also apply for normal pre-orders if pre-orders have all sold-out and have no leftovers.IN-HAND PINS
All pins are mix-grade. If you order a presale/p4p pin with any in-hand pins, your pin will be on hold until the other pins have finished production. Once all the items in the order have arrived, then it will be shipped.GRADING
Please note that the product colors could vary from the actual artwork! This is due to pantones not being 100% accurate to the artwork, and may require some adjustments. Another thing to note is that Images vary across screens; monitors, phones, and what screen settings you may have active. So if you see the finished product having different colors than it does in person by just a slight bit, please note that these differences are not considered defects. I'll do my best to take good photos, but that is why I state product may differ from image for varied of reasons (environment, lighting, etc.).Majority of my pins will be considered mix-grade (A+B grade), as it's easier to manage with my other on-going projects. If I find pins to be immensely flawed (C grade), I will notify any pre-salers immediately. If there are only a few from pre-sale/P4P, I will provide coupons, or dibs, on the next pin they choose to purchase from me if they choose to take the C grade from the batch. If the whole batch is C, I will have to re-make them with my manufacturer. In-hands are generally checked thoroughly to be consider a mix-grade at arms length. As previously mentioned, all sales are still considered final. I will still try to provide to those that are willing to take the C grade pins to the best of my ability.What is a mix-grade?
A term used in the pin community that helps determine the pin's quality, usually with the standard grading system (A,B,C).A/Standard Grade- Minor noticeable flaws at arms length. A/Standard grade is as close to flawless as possible when displayed, but still may contain minor marks that do not affect the overall pin. These include but is not limited to the following: light scuffs, dings/dents, pinpricks, dust specks, scratches when tilted, minor screen print errors, nicks on metal/enamel, wobbly back posts, bent back posts, scratched backs. Special effects on pins have a higher chance of flaws.B Grade- Noticeable flaws at arms length. May contain minor marks that do not affect the overall pin. These include but is not limited to the following: dust/glitter specs, air bubbles, under fill or overfill enamel, enamel bleeding, screen print errors, scratches from metal polishing, plating defects, any anything mentioned above (A/standard grade).C Grade- Significant flaws that is noticeable at arms length. These include but is not limited to the following: heavy scratches, large dents, deep pinpricks, missing enamel, missing screen prints, any anything mentioned previously in A/B.SHIPPING
Processing time: 1-3 days
Holidays/Closures/Weekends will interfere with the processing time.
U.S. shipping (USPS w/tracking): 1 - 2 weeks
No international shipping. Proxies are allowed for my store.For insurance reasons, USPS has been giving a hardtime with my husband and I when it comes to international shipping (I.E. they won't provide the receipt proof of drop-off in case something goes wrong. This is needed to file a missing claim for missing international orders if not properly scanned by them).All items will be packed with care and have their photos taken before shipping. Once the package is handed over to the post office, I no longer have any control over it. Read further down if issues arise.CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Change of address is allowed. Otherwise, all sales will be shipped to the address given in the order. If you want to change your address, you will have to message me through ko-fi. Ko-fi allows me to change the address on the order. I will not separate orders.CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will have you ban from my shop on all platforms. If I have already blocked/banned on one platform, you are guarantee banned from my store.DAMAGE ITEM
Email me at [email protected] with an uncut/unopened unboxing video within a week of delivery so we can figure out an appropriate solution. If no video was taken, please provide photos so my insurance company can handle the case appropriately and provide the refund to your order. I will need your cooperation to workout a solution that will leave you satisfied.Please note that I cannot send a new pin, but we will solve this together to work out a refund.MISSING/STOLEN ITEMS
I cannot replace lost/stolen items in the mail, especially for P4P/sold out items.Missing Cases for unmoved tracking pass the delivery date: I will file a search claim to help reclaim the package with USPS and my Insurance company. My Insurance company will handle the case, but the process is roughly 3-6 weeks. After the case is solved and/or closed, If the item is still lost, I will send a refund.If tracking shows item has been unmoved before the delivery date, the best thing to do is wait. This is common and very dependent on either location, routing, warehouse maintenance, weather, or convenience. USPS/UPS has an internal system that provides more information on tracking, which can be requested by the sender. This is only necessary if the item is considered "missing", not within the transient time-frame. Please avoid asking and have patience, then we can go from there if anything did happen.Missing Cases for packages labeled as "delivered":
Please note that USPS sometimes labels as package as "delivered" when it is not. When this happens, wait an extra day as it sometimes shows up the next day. If item is still missing, I recommend the following: 1) check with neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered and 2) visiting your local post office to request the GPS location of the last scan. If item is still missing, this will be labeled as a stolen packaged.Stolen Cases: File a Police report and provide me the report number so that my insurance company can handle the case for your refund.RETURNED ITEMS
Returned cases:
If a package is returned to me by the mail courier, I will email you to either refund your order minus shipping, or reship it provided that you cover the new shipping fee.

Turnaround time, or TAT, will vary between 1 to 3 weeks. Timeline can vary based on communication and health.I have a lot of health problems, which may take commissions longer to do from the usual schedule. Hard to determine the timeframe of that, as it can take a big hit on me, but I will try to stay in contact about my health.7) Step-by-Step Process

A sketch will be given for approval. After approval, I move forward to completion.Based on the complexity of the design, lineart will be an addition step between the sketch approval and completion.Character Illustration

During the coloring stage, you'll be given a work in progress before I finalize the artwork.8) Revisions
I only accept revisions up to 2 times after completion. I will not make drastic changes that differentiates from the sketch.9) Time-lapse
If you wish for a Time-lapse, ask ahead of time so that I can set up recordings. If using Clip Studio, there's a chance the Time-lapse may fail.10) Refunds
Commissions are non-refundable. Unless in the events my health took a turn and you don't wish to wait, then I'll refund the commission.11) Limitations and Restrictions
I will draw the following:
A. Animals, anthros/furries, scalies etc.
B. Humans/humanoid creatures
C. Any gender/gender identity/any sexual orientation/any type of couple.
D. Fantasy and sci-fi (fees for weaponry/machinery/armor)
E. All forms of Gore
F. NSFW of all themes, even the most obscure. I don't judge.I will not draw the following:
A. Hate Art (Religious, Gender, etc.)
B. Political Art
